2008 Cine Gear Expo A Success for ASL Gear/Toys4RED
Hollywood, June 23, 2008
ASL Gear/Toys4RED.com's booth was constantly busy at the 2008 Cine Gear Expo on June 20th & 21st to see the brand new RIP and RIB products for the RED ONE 4k camera.

The RIP is a remote interface panel for the RED ONE that allows the use of full-size BNC and XLR connectors.

The RIB is a break-out box that connects to the RIP allowing all of your video and audio I/Os to be connected up to fifty feet away from the camera by a single DVI cable. It also has a start/stop feature ideal for use with camera cranes.

There was a tremendous amount of interest in these two products as well as the T-bag, a splashbag for the RED ONE.

The RIP and the RIB are expected to ship in November, and the T-bag will follow shortly.

Items currently shipping are the Jimmy Jib Start/Stop cable which allows remote start/stop of your RED ONE Digital Camera when used on a Stanton Jimmy Jib or CamMate, and the Jimmy-Caps which protect your CF and SD slots.
