From Midtown Tunnel
• Follow 495 east for approx. 1 1/2 miles to 278 East (BQE) (Airport)
• Stay on 278 for approx. 2 miles and follow signs for
• Tri-boroBridge/Astoria Blvd. West
• Take exit #44 (Astoria Blvd)
• Go two lights to Steinway Street and make a right
• Go four lights
• After fourth light, building will be a quarter of a block down on the right hand side - # 19-69

From Tri-boro Bridge
• Exit (right) the very first exit (All Commercial Traffic)
• Go straight to fourth light (Steinway Street) make a Left
• Go five lights
• After fifth light, building will be a quarter of a block down on the right hand side - # 19-69

From Long Island
• Take the Grand Central Parkway West heading towards the city
• Exit # 5 (Marine Air Terminal/Astoria Blvd/Steinway Street)
• At light, make a right
• At second light, bear right (this road goes straight, than curves left)
• At light, go straight — five blocks to Stop Sign (Steinway Street)
• Make a left
• Building will be on the left toward the end of the block - # 19-69

Train Directions
• Take the N train to Queens to the very last stop which is Ditmars Blvd.
• When you get off the train, find the Chase Bank. Facing it, you want to start walking towards your left.
• At the end of the block is Ditmars Blvd. Take a right.
• Walk about ten blocks to Steinway St.
• Take a left onto Steinway St. and walk about three blocks to 20th Avenue.
• We are just on the other side of 20th Avenue about four stores down on the right hand side.
