These housings are made from 2MM thick natural latex, and shaped to fit various models of Betcams manufactured by Sony, Ikegami,and BTS Phillips. The operational controls of the camcorder can be felt and operated through the flexible material, and the zoom, iris, and focus controls are accessed via an internal glove system on the left side of the housing. The glass front port has a polymer coating so water droplets run off quickly. Behind the port is a collar that the lens hood locates into to keep the port over the lens. Glanded into the housing is an underwater audio connector with an XLR 3 on the inside, with a separate lead to a microphone. The flexible viewfinder bellow allows the viewfinder to rotate throughout its full range. The housing can either be held or mounted to a tripod. FOR TOPSIDE USE ONLY.
