Rental Terms and Conditions

Rental Terms and Conditions Important Notes:

• Rental charges start on the day the equipment is picked up or shipped. All returns received after 12 PM are subject to an additional rental charges unless other arrangements are made.
• Rentals that require shipping, clients will be responsible with providing ASL all the correct details – shipping name & address, shipping service provider, and shipping account number. ASL is not responsible for incorrect shipping information supplied to us.
• Single-day rental cancellations are subject to a fee of 50% of the equipment IF cancellation is received within 24 hours prior to the first hour of the rental date.

Certificate of Insurance

ASL requires all rentals to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance.

Please make your your Certificate of Insurance has all the listed coverage in our Insurance Policy.

Credit Card Authorization Form

All ASL Rentals require a Credit Card Authorization Form.

Credit Card Authorization Forms are used for rental payments and are required even if the Credit Card is not used for payment.

If we are shipping your rental, please include your shipping account number on the form.
